LG V30 – Smartphone for Video Creators

I stumbled upon this smartphone and got intrigued. Thinking about its capability in video creation, I am now considering this smartphone for my next smartphone upgrade.

The LG V30 has this Cine Effect feature that changes the way how smartphone videography works. From its competitors who focuses on enhancing the photography experience of its users, this is such a positive move from LG. It has 16 different professional color-grading options thus keeping the quality and detail of the video unlike filters.

LG V30 also has a 6.0″ OLED FullVision™ display with 18:9 viewable area that still fits in the palm of your hand. It also has a QHD + Resolution that beings out brilliant colors on the display, not to mention that each pixels are self-lighting that generates true infinite contrast.

Another feature that shis smartphone is proud to have is its Point Zoom that lets you zoom a selected area of the video even if its not in the center. And yes, pinching is no longer necessary which I find really convenient.

The LG V30 has a dual-camera setup with an F/1.6 Glass Camera Lens that brings superior sharpness and color clarity that DSLR’s previously offered. It adds 4% of light that minimizes the dispersion of light that results to brighter images with less noise. It also has a 10-bit HDR Image sensor that improves the contrast and definition to better identify details and transitions between objects.

The new LG V30 is now waterproof with an IP68 rating and have passed 14 different military standard durability tests.
