The Huwawei P10 is  an upgrade from it’s predecessor, the Huawei P9 and P9 Plus. It is also being tagged as a limited upgrade to a major player.

Talking about the design, Huawei made a tweak on it’s  current design. It did not follow how the P9’s looks and feel on the hands.  the P10 now has the fingerprint scanner on the front part of the phone compared to the P9’s fingerprint scanner located at the back.

HMD Global Oy, a Finnish company who initially announced the birth of the new Nokia smartphones and first launched in China which is the Nokia 6, now officially revealed other Nokia variants aside from the Nokia 6. The variants include the Nokia 5, Nokia 3 and the birth of the legendary Nokia phone, the all-new Nokia 3310.

The handsets are said to be high-end and  affordable for consumers.

The Nokia 5 is considered the mid-range smartphone compared to the Nokia 6. It has a  5.2-inch HD display, Snapdragon 430 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, fingerprint scanner and a 3,000mAh battery. The design includes a full metal body for a premium look and feel, and the front mounted fingerprint scanner that is also functions as the home navigation key.

The Nokia 3 that has the lowest specs among the Nokia 6 and 5 but is still worth to considered since it also has the lowest price among it’s brothers. Specs includes a 5-inch HD display, MediaTek quad-core chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 8MP rear camera, 8MP wide-angle front snapper and a 2,650mAh battery. The Nokia 3 doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner in play, and it packs a cheaper chipset than the 5 and 6 so performance won’t be as good – but considering the price, it’s not that bad.

The all-new and legendary Nokia 3310’s birth is already here. Announced by HMD Global Oy, the Nokia 3310 will return after it’s first release last 2000. More details about the Nokia 3310 here.

Seems like there is no more scaling down of phone sizes. How I wish these giant companies will manufacture phones that are hand-friendly for small people like me. I like the feel of iPhone5/s though.

I’ve only heard about MWC just now, wow, I never imagined there would be a big event for phone showcasing. Sounds interesting! 🙂

I am a bit skeptical sometimes about phone manufacturers making bigger phones. It is difficult sometimes to operate larger phones with just one hand. Well anyways, it was a trend nowadays that the bigger the phone, the classy it is unlike before that the smaller the phone the better it gets.

Interesting news but I am still waiting for the big guns to make their 2017 announcements. I wanna know what Samsung will offer and what are the changes in the next IPhone.

We’ll see how well Nokia will fare this time. I’m looking forward to Huawei P10 actually.

Of all the tech events happening around the world, I am looking forward to see breakthroughs that are not underwhelming, like most gadgets we have today. Disappointing, really. Iterations done without that much effort. Well, the G6 is an exception! From it’s G5 and G4, you can see it has definitely changed!
